Christmas at Prairie
You are invited to celebrate Christmas with us here at Prairie Lutheran Church! The Christmas story is an incredible one, full of wonder and joy and hope. It points us to a God who loves us so much, God would come and live with us, as one of us. It points us to a God who values our humanity and our lived experience. It points us to a God who meets the meek, the poor, the small. Above all, it points us to a God who would stop at nothing to be in relationship with us.
This is the good news we will celebrate this Christmas season--join us!
PLC's First Annual Nativity Fair
Join us for our first-ever Nativity Fair! We will have all sorts of activities in and around the church starting at 5:00 PM. There will be a petting zoo, a Chili-Cook-Off, crafts, hot chocolate, games, and more. Santa Claus will be here, and you can get pictures taken with him at no cost. At the end of the evening, at 8 PM, we will hear the Christmas story, sing a Christmas carol, and share our excitement as we celebrate Christmas together!
If you'd like to sign-up to make chili, please do so. We are looking for at least 15 folks to bring a crock-pot of delicious chili to share! Chili sign-up is here!
