Student Leadership Team
All PLC students 7th-12th Grade are encouraged to serve in one of our many ministry areas: CLUB, JAM, Sunday School, and more.  
Below is the process for Student Leaders to serve at PLC:

1. APPLY 
For first-time applicants, please fill out the Student Leadership Team Application.

2. ONE-ON-ONES
After students apply (or reapply) for SLT, they will meet one-on-one with a PLC Ministry Director (either Caroline, the Youth Director, or Melony, the Childrens’ Director, or both) to discuss some goals, expectations, and to get a good idea of what area of ministry would be the best fit. 3. TRAIN

Attend Leader Training on September 4th and/or 5th at 7pm at PLC. Student leaders are also asked to attend “Team Times” throughout the year. These are designed to get feedback, lift up praises, share prayer requests, and help sharpen leadership skills and areas of growth.
